3. Do I need any special skills in web design to order a customization?
No, you don't need any special skills at all. If you have chosen a template, all you need is to email us with (a) the item number for the template of your choice (b) the desired changes. If you do not have a Website or template, choose from one of our GoLive packages to get started. If you already have a Website, just email us a description of the desired customizations. We'll take care of the rest.

Template tuning (customization) is a process of changing (updating) a template according to the customer's requirements. You may order adding your text and images, changing colors and size, creating custom scripts and flash animated area. You may order anything you desire and we will bring it to life for you!

6. Is it not better to simply order a website from a regular web design studio?
Hiring web designers/developers to create a new, unique website costs several times more and takes more time than our customization service. You may view our list of basic prices here: www.TemplateTuingService.com/services.html. Please note: If you order the same customization type for a few pages you don't have to pay for every page. You only have to pay for one page and add an extra $15 for each additional page.

11. How long will it take me to get the result?
Once you have explained to a support manager what exact template customization you desire, the manager will set the preliminary term of delivery. Typical tuning takes between 24 - 48 hours, but there can be some delays if you don't provide the necessary information, such as correct contact information or personal files (texts, images, etc.)

12. How can I check the state of my order?
Typically, turn around is so fast that you won't have to worry about status updates. However, you can email support@TemplateTuningService.com at any time. Expedited services are available.

13. What do I have to do to avoid delays and get a desired result?
Please provide correct and full information about yourself. According to US legislation your information will not be used in any way, other than using it to provide you with the details of your project. Make sure you have all necessary information and personal files (texts, images) that will allow manager to completely understand your project, give you the right quote and proceed with production.

14. What should I do if I sent the payment but my project is suspended because of antifraud check?
Please don't worry, this is the usual procedure. Template Tuning Service billing officers suspend all projects for antifraud check of transaction. Please wait patiently for e-mail with further instructions. Usually antifraud check takes 2-4 hours.

15. What should I do if I do not like the customization result?
When your task is done you receive e-mail with a link to download your finished project or a link to view your project online. If you don't like the result you may reasonably revise it by chatting with manager and demand necessary updates.

16. Will I get the origin of template back aside from the customized template?
Yes, you will receive your original template. Once you have accepted the template tuning result you will receive an e-mail with 2 download links. The first link is for downloading the template customization result, the second link will be to download your original template.

17. What if my time zone is different to yours?
This is not a problem. Simply put, this is what email is for.

18. How can I chat with manager if my English is bad?
Please don't worry about your English communication skills. We will communicate with you patiently. If you prefer to communicate with us via e-mail, you are welcome to do so.

19. What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?
You may: Build any website using the template in any way you desire. You may not: Resell or redistribute templates; Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified; Make more than one project using the same template (in order to do so you will have to purchase the same template again, unless you have purchased it as a unique template).
